"<< Background >>Our motivation for the project is the need to provide better quality education to students who initially have a deficit in basic factors of stability and healthy upbringing - lack of family environment, belonging to the Roma population, weaker social status or resourcefulness in school assignments. Years ago, these children, with great efforts and employees' efforts, regularly attended and graduated from our elementary school, and then enrolled in high school. Mostly they are enrolled in vocational secondary schools. However, in the last few school years (more noticeable after the online period due to the corona virus), it is increasingly common for children to come to class with difficulty, and refuse to fulfill even the minimum of teachers requirements. We concluded that children who attend classes according to programs for inclusion needs more intense external motivation to get involved in the teaching process. According to our previous experiences innovative teaching approaches, inclusive students showed high motivation. Especially when the result of the activity was a product: a model, a 3D construction, a decorative object... We concluded that our activities should be aimed at functional knowledge in real environment.<< Objectives >>The main goal of our project was to achieve the active participation of students from vulnerable groups in the design and implementation of educational programs content. Inclusive students are intended to play a more important role, to become active agents of design and implementation of educational activities. And in this way, to make a step forward in the usual practice of the IEP, not to reduce the scope we build and simplify the contents, but to qualitatively enrich the activities and tasks for children from sensitive groups. Our goal was to increase the presence of students in educational activities, without it being conditioned exclusively by attendance at classes at school, designing activities according to the outcomes and goals of upbringing and education defined for the end of the 2nd cycle of basic education and competencies.One of the goals is to develop cooperation with the social protection system, i.e. Children's village, as well as increasing empathy and support for students with lower achievements, in order to strengthen themselves and feel supported. This project also aimed to improve the competences of K1-K4 teachers.<< Implementation >>Our activities were conceived in 4 units:1. Initial planning2. Transnational meetings and trainings3. Thematic activities 4. Final evaluation and promotionThe focus of the activities, which achieved the planned goals through direct work with children, were thematic activities. 5 thematic activities were designed according to the same matrix established in the initial planning phase: preparatory phase, realization of field teaching, evaluation, and then a thematic week in the school-coordinator and a thematic day in the partner school. The duration of one thematic activity was 2.5-3 months, and the main activity during this period was field learning: 1. AROUND THE WORLD Belgrade - Countries, continents, flora and fauna2.
