<< Background >>As a consortium, we had four main ambitions:1) Address interconnected global challenges—migration, inequalities, distrust in institutions, environmental crises, and the pressure on solidarity from Ukrainian war refugees, especially in Eastern Europe. We aimed to strengthen personal and economic resilience, upgrade our portfolio based on servant leadership, grassroots principles, and the power of art and sport to engage the non-engaged.2) Bridge differences in partner maturity and expertise, moving beyond local projects to act as drivers of transformation—engaging strategically with business and government, aligning youth passions with stakeholder agendas for true co-creation.3) Increase our relevance to Associate Partners, using their expertise to raise quality and recognition.4) Leverage outputs to our 300+ schools and 50+ CSOs.These ambitions addressed our needs: boosting quality, gaining recognition, engaging youth, co-creating with stakeholders, building capacity, and implementing impactful projects in education and youth work.<< Objectives >>We are happy to report that our objectives declared in the application were fully reached. We have significantly increased our capacity to provide high quality training on organisational level to reach our main objective: boost team members' personal and collective competencies to support, engage, connect and empower youngsters as active citizens. We grew our transnational expertise meeting the analyzed needs in Education, training, and youth work: strategically drive the transformation in co-creation with multi-stakeholders; develop innovative creative materials to (re)engage youngsters, boost the quality of our work and the skills of team members.These results were delivered in co-creation with regional stakeholders and global Associated Partners that supported us, participating in Advisory Board meetings, providing training in Work Package 2, upgrading Non-formal education materials, contributing in piloting youth-led projects locally and disseminating results of the project globally. Together we have learned, reflected, grown in impact, and realized local projects for social inclusion and green sustainability. << Implementation >>Activities completed as planned. We strengthened our capacity through training, network building, development of NFE materials, transnational coaching.WP1: 4 TPMs in Slovakia - Sep23, Netherlands - Mar24, Romania - Aug24, Poland - May25. Coordination and Advisory Boards established and met regularly. Digital PM tools, incl. dedicated Google Drive, Activities Dashboard, Task manager, implemented.WP2: For 16 team members 4 personal-professional trainings organized on: values, strategy, SBMC, digital marketing; 3 online courses by Ubiquity University unlocked; City Portraits training arranged; training by Forward 43 to use AI program to find solutions for local challenges; 4 train-the-trainer sessions held to present 4 NFE materials that were developed and translated in 6 languages. WP3: 20 YW from 10 CSOs (incl. Kosovo and Ukraine) trained on the 4 methodologies and used them to implement 26 local projects. 4 online relays and 4 hybrid summits organized in 4 cities to showcase projects, share learnings and promote co-creation. C&D Plan implemented, MP Bootcamp organized with 100+ participants from 45 countries.<< Results >>After successful completion of the series of personal-professional training in Nov23-Feb24, 16 personal passion and development plans created by partners team members;following the training, 4 CSO strategies worked out based on team members passions and ambitions;4 innovative NFE materials developed in English and translated in 6 languages, shared with partners and general and professional communities;36 YW from partners and associated CSOs were trained in Sep24 on use of 4 blended methodologies; Over 100 youngsters from 6 countries participated in workshops based on 4 NFE methodologies;26 youth-led projects implemented in their local communities;20 ideas for local challenges discovered using the AI tool by Forward 43 and presented during the summits;4 multistakeholders events involving local authorities and business representatives conducted in 4 cities and shared in hybrid way with international audience in May-June 2025;stakeholders in 4 cities signed the MOUs with CSOs to continue co-operation on local level;a series of 4 online relays organised to share the common challenges of youth workers and discuss possible solutions;a global survey performed in 2024 together with AP The Possibilists.
