"<< Objectives >>With ""Le Chéile"" project we aim to use applied theatre as an inclusive method in adult education for community development and longlife learning as well as to open intergenerational dialogue in local communities through culture and arts using applied theatre.<< Implementation >>We will implement regular theatre workshops with adults in our local communities, to which we will include, at a later phase, participants from different ages to create inter-generational pieces of devised theatre. We will present these pieces in local community cultural events. We will develop a guide so that this method can be used by other educators and artists.<< Results >>The main result of the project will be a comprehensive guide on ""Applied theatre in adult education settings"".We will also have worked with 25 local participants in each country during the workshops, will have created a local community cultural event for at least 100 participants and shared the guide with 20 educators and theatre makers."
