"<< Background >>During the COVID-19 pandemic, many countries closed their educational institutions and overnight everything moved online. Teachers and those working with children and young people collided with a wall. They lacked the experience and skills to work online. Communication barriers arose that posed a problem in establishing contact, making any online activities unattractive to young people, they lacked the desire to cooperate and were not active during online meetings. The main goal of the project is to introduce collaborative methods in online learning environments and make wider use of these tools, to enable mutual learning. The project will enable the use of innovative methods and techniques in online learning environments of youth workers in institutions and organizations. << Objectives >>There is a lack of interaction and communication in e-learning activities, communication barriers have a bad effect on the perception of such activities by young people. In implementing the project, we wanted to teach the participants, i.e. youth workers, how they can accessibly connect and interact with young people during online activities. It was important that during online education each class participant felt important and part of a particular project/task, so that they could comfortably communicate and exchange products with others. We wanted to make sure that after this project and the training provided, a new quality and skills to work with young people would be created in the youth workers, so that young people's digital presence would not be a blockade but a privilege for them.<< Implementation >>The project was divided into 2 main activities, i.e.: LTT (Learning, teaching, training activities) in Poland and LTT in Italty.During the first mobility (training in Poland), the focus was on introducing participants to the world of e-learning platforms, the most commonly used web2tools were introduced, i.e. web collaboration applications (Mentimeter, canva, kahoot, google forms, palet). All classes dealt with the topic of online safety. Participants learning the various applications created slogans, posters, quizzes, slideshows on online safety. In addition, the group participated in icebreakers and energazirs prepared by the host organization. Participants posted their work on the blog :https://digitalpresencepoland.blogspot.com.The second mobility took place in Italy, the next invited participants got acquainted with applications supporting youth work, i.e.: wooclap, d-id.com, nearpad, playgroundai, flippity and others. In addition, the group participated in icebreakers and energazirs prepared by the host organization.Participants posted their work on the pallet platform, which they became familiar with during the earlier mobility: https://padlet.com/aycankavakli/foligno-diaries-cak0rk0vufr11s1f<< Results >>During the two mobilities, youth workers participated in 2 trainings during which they worked together for about 60 hours. 33 youth workers were trained as part of the ""Digital Presence"" project. They learned about online applications to support youth work. Two platforms were created with the ""works"" of the participants, where they posted what they learned. The first is https://digitalpresencepoland.blogspot.com, and the second : https://padlet.com/aycankavakli/foligno-diaries-cak0rk0vufr11s1fAt least 15 people increased their knowledge of online safety; At least 12 people increased their knowledge in developing collaborative applications; At least 12 people increased their knowledge in creating online games and quizzes."
