<< Objectives >>Balance4Life: Building Well-being Together (B4L) fosters European collaboration among eleven institutions - schools, universities, training centres, and private companies - to address students’ lack of well-being and poor academic performance. Using a whole-community approach, B4L aims to promote well-being in partner schools and improve students' academic performance. Together, this task force wants to empower school communities with knowledge and skills to tackle these challenges effectively.<< Implementation >>B4L features four Well-being fairs, webinars, tailored workshops, and specialized training sessions in which SocioEmotional Learning and Positive Thinking strategies are used to enhance physical, mental, and social-emotional health. Additionally, B4L will host two congresses at EU level, uniting experts to share insights on self-care, resilience, and balanced living. A key initiative is the creation of a wellbeing room, a dedicated space for relaxation, mindfulness, and personal growth.<< Results >>B4L is expected to deliver diverse results such as a multilingual handbook, webinars, films, a website, and well-being ambassadors. This partnership is also expected to promote self-care, reduce stress, and build resilience. As far as long-term benefits are concerned, B4L includes a well-being room for relaxation, expert congresses for knowledge-sharing, stronger school community ties, happier schools, more involved parents and policy support through engagement with European decision-makers.
