We aim to identify, develop and disseminate best practices and innovative approaches to improve the quality and effectiveness of workfor the Romani community. We strive to strengthen cooperation and networking between organizations in order to achieve common goalsand exploit synergies.<< Implementation >>The project will provide an overview of working methods. Gather best practice examples and methods. These can be workshops, trainingcourses and youth encounters that promote intercultural exchange and capacity building. But it also includes advocacy campaigns, communityprojects and research initiatives to raise awareness and strengthen the Romani community, on which we can then work with young people in aqualified manner on a Europe for all for tomorrow.<< Results >>We strive to promote equal opportunities for young people from the Romani community by providing access to education, employment and socialintegration. We want to strengthen the participation of young Roma in democratic processes and social life by promoting political participation andtheir commitment to the concerns of their community. We want to share our results in a published documentation. We desire to bring about positive changes. For an inclusive and just society
