<< Background >>In this project, digital networks for the job search processes of people entering the business world were developed, young people were contributed to their participation in employment, their careers were directed and efforts were made to reduce the employment rate. The aim of our project is to ensure digital integration and encourage the development of digital tools to increase youth employment.The priorities of digital transformation, digital readiness and literacy stated in the priorities of the guide matched the purpose of the project. Although no direct training is provided in our project, educational awareness for digital literacy and integration has been increased. There is a very inclusive approach to young people in the European region, targeting various audiences. For this reason, the other priority, diversity and inclusion, was taken as reference.Another priority that guides our project is strengthening the employment of young people. The ultimate result of the project is to increase youth employment. In our project, an online fair was organized for young people, and the awareness of young people about digital job search processes and their employment capacity were increased.<< Objectives >>In this project, digital networks for the job search processes of people who have just entered or will enter the business world have been developed, the participation of young people in employment has been contributed, their careers have been guided and efforts have been made to reduce the employment rate. The aim of our project is to ensure digital integration and encourage the development of digital tools to increase youth employment.<< Implementation >>Planning young people's job search processes, online interviews, job applications, etc. Activities such as sharing good examples, online career fair and networking were carried out to improve digital processes.1.Know-how Activity1.1. Taking workshops and good examples with companies carrying out digital human resources (HR) activities in Spain1.2.A draft study for the establishment of an online HR activities system2.Online digital career fair activity<< Results >>Our project results are as follows;-Good examples from around the world have been brought to the local level.-A draft plan for online HR systems has emerged.-The career network of young people has increased.-A workshop was held within the scope of the project.-The international network of institutions has increased.-The foundations have been laid for institutions to establish their own HR processes in the future.-Employment skills of young people have increased.-The communication of young people at the international level has increased.- Some potential contributions done to the employment rate.
