<< Background >>Our main purposes were: strengthening the agency of youth from Germany,Austria, and Estonia to understand, explore, and develop solutions for complex climate and environmental challenges; and to increase the capabilities of the partners of the consortium in their work with youth and boost entrepreneurial skills related to climate change, as well as create ways to open spaces for the youth in Europe and be a contribution to this effort. Through four different organizations in three different countries, we wanted to have a space for exchange of skills and knowledge among the partner organizations and among these three countries. Amid the escalating challenges posed by global climate change, it isimperative to equip youth with the knowledge and skills to drive sustainable local development. Across Europe, the urgency for innovative climate and environmental solutions resonates more than ever as new policy frameworks and regulations call for high-quality projects and systemic solutions. To fulfil the dynamic and innovative potential that can lead Europe into a more sustainable and resilient future, the youth thus needs to be equipped with core competencies related to climate and environmental entrepreneurship.<< Objectives >>We had 4 main objectives: Enhance a wide-ranging set of skills in youth-led climate and environmental entrepreneurship and empower youth with an in-depth exploration of entrepreneurship, encompassing sustainability and circularity thinking, pioneering business models, and strategic frameworks to maximise socio-environmental benefitsBolster the exchange of youth-led entrepreneurship in Europe by enabling youth to share perspectives, skills, values, initiatives, and ideas with a network of international entrepreneurs, climate experts, and mentors from Germany, Austria, and Estonia.Develop and increase the knowledge and capabilities of the consortium partners to work in the intersection of youth entrepreneurship and climate change by fostering a transnational process of capacity building and exchange of experiences, knowledge, skills, and best practices.Promote the development of a transnational community of knowledge and practice on youth-led entrepreneurship and strategic partnerships by cooperating with a broader range of formal and informal partners around related topics during the project activities.<< Implementation >>The first activity was Preparatory and Planning.
