"<< Background >>This project was born from the observation of the gap between the demand and the offer of European mobility activities in the department of Côtes d'Armor.More and more young people want to leave but few structures were able to offer mobility. The two main obstacles raised by these structures were: how to find a reliable European partner and how to write an Erasmus+ project?5 structures experienced and already opening together in the network of Relais Europe of the department of Côtes d'Armor, it was then decided to write a project to remove these obstacles and give the youth structures of the Department tools and network to set up mobility projects for young people.<< Objectives >>Through this project, which is part of a global strategy conducted at the level of the Côtes d'Armor Department by relay structures in the territories, we wanted to increase the number of Erasmus+ projects submitted by the structures. Our objective was to remove the obstacles of finding a partner for a first project and writing a project.<< Implementation >>To achieve this goal, we have implemented the following activities:• A 5-day contact seminar (trips included) in the Côtes d'Armor from 8 to 12 May 2023. This seminar allowed 10 youth structures of the department mainly experienced in setting up Erasmus+ projects to meet 10 European partners to consider future projects. • Following the meetings held during the contact seminar in May, youth actors left to discover the realities of some of the project’s European partners. 10 “jobshadowing” type mobilities were carried out between September and December 2023: 3 in Germany, 2 in the Czech Republic, 4 in Spain and 1 in Italy.• A 3-day Erasmus+ project writing training course for youth structures in the Peuexperimented department brought together 19 partners from Côtes d'Armor. • A review/ evaluation from 27 to 30 November 2023 brought together 13 Costa Rican partners and 5 European partners. This time allowed to finalize some projects and to consider new ones. • Drafting a catalogue of European partners, in French and English, for future project leaders.<< Results >>* At the management level, a strengthening of the Relais Europe network through an organization and effective cooperation of the 5 structures at the initiative of the project.* The contact seminar helped to remove the brake on the implementation of European partnerships.* Mobility via jobshadowings"" has enabled some youth actors to experience a first European mobility and to strengthen transnational cooperation.* Local project writing training provided concrete tools for newcomers to the Erasmus+ programme. Following this training period, 9 projects were submitted in the October round and 8 were accepted. * The stocktaking/perspective meeting allowed the finalisation of the dissemination tools, namely a catalogue of all project partners (in French and English) and a framework document covering the different stages of the project that can be used by other structures wishing to invest in the Erasmus+ programme. This working time also has the opportunity to reflect on the follow-up to the project. A similar but regional pre-project was drafted."
