"<< Objectives >>The main aim of this project is to compare the partner schools' own different educational systems and educational methods with other participating schools and to share best practices among partners. During the activities in the country hosting the project activity, it is to introduce training models on welding to other country participants.Our project activities aim to create a successful learning and teaching environment about Welding for all VET teachers and students.<< Implementation >>During the 18-month project:4 TPMs will be organized. Project results, outcomes will be presented to participants with the Workshop: ""Our project meets VET schools, metal, machinery, iron and steel industries, labor markets."" European Welding Competition, InnoWeld Student LTT, will be arranged.Project main outcomes:-Project Website.-InnoWeld guidebook.-Project DVD.-4 Training Videos:--Electric Arc Welding,--Mig-Mag Welding,--Oxy-Gas Welding,--TIG (Argon) Welding training videos.<< Results >>-To change students' negative perception about Teaching and Learning Welding in VET.-To ensure that teachers learn innovative methodologies, related to Welding.-To reduce the level of absenteeism in welding lessons.-To provide a positive school climate and improve the learning environment.-To provide better vocational education to students.-To develop welding workshops and lessons in a better way.-To develop intercultural dialogues.-To increase the employment of VET graduates."
