<< Objectives >>Objectives are:- to motivate men for greater understanding and responsiveness to their health and wellbeing,- to deepen men’s knowledge and skills on health and wellbeing,- to assess the obtained men-learner’s knowledge and skills, - to improve competences of adult educators to empower men for taking care of their health and wellbeing, - to ensure the sharing and promotion of the results.<< Implementation >>- create a set of 3 OERs to motivate men to take responsibility for their health and wellbeing,- develop learning materials for digitally reinforced training course to enhance men’s health and wellbeing skills,- develop the digital andragogy tools for adult educators to enhance their competence in training men-learners,- pilot innovative learning pathway with 120 men,- organise activities to share and promote the results to at least 3000 people and 200 adult education organisations.<< Results >>E-learning platform “Empowering Men's Health & Well-being: Knowledge & Skills for a Better Life” in 4 languages including: - Motivation workshop “Increasing men’s understanding of their health and wellbeing problems”,- Digitally reinforced training course “Enhancing knowledge on men’s health and wellbeing for better life” to develop men-learner’s skills in 5 health-related topics, assessment tool and guide for creation of the action,- Andragogical implementation toolkit for adult educators.
