The 3 organizations have experience in conducting dance courses and organizing training camps, internships, festivals and national and international dance competitions.Although they have particular methods of teaching some dance styles, the three partners need to deepen new dance styles adapted to work with adults. The project will facilitate the exchange of experiences in this field. All organizations face a continuous need for new members to participate regularly in the dance classes and the physical training program.- The Phoenix Dance Club is facing a problem in approaching dance lessons with retired people.
