Age-Sensitive Public Services: The Need for Competence Training

<< Objectives >>The overall objective of the project is to raise the level of professionalism among public sector staff in their communication and interaction with their older clients:•Building trust and confidence•Improving understanding.•Providing support•Fostering equality•Enhancing the client experience.<< Implementation >>The consortium will develop Guidelines for age-sensitive interaction and communication with clients, a Resource Pack for age-sensitive Communication, an interactive e-Platform with podcasts and videos, a mobile application and the chatbot for individual requests. They will be pilot tested and validated before the production of final versions.
