<< Background >>Inclusion is On based on the need to rethink youth free-time activities in the post-pandemic world. The project aimed to raise awareness on how to ensure more inclusive and accessible free-time activities for diverse youth and thus, for example, contribute to preventing exclusion and radicalization.<< Objectives >>-Share good practices and other interesting experiences and/or materials among the partner organizations and from different perspectives.-Develop new tools to promote social inclusion based on the needs of each partner organization.-Increase the levels of knowledge of partner organizations on social inclusion in the context of youth free-time activities.-Disseminate and educate youth workers in Europe, especially the partner countries, to the materials of the project.<< Implementation >>-One transnational project meeting in Croatia.-Five international learning, teaching, and training activities in Finland, Estonia, Hungary, Czechia, and Italy. These included familiarizing the participants to the topic of the project as well as the diverse local contexts, workshops, study visits and guest speakers, an innovation camp, recording a podcast and a final training seminar for youth workers. -Multiplier events in all partner countries to disseminate the project results towards the end of the project.-Online meetings.<< Results >>-Initial and final surveys on social inclusion for youth workers in partner countries.-Tool pack with good practices and tools to promote social inclusion in youth free-time activities.-Innovation model to create new tools to promote social inclusion.-Webinar/training model to support the adoption of the contents of the tool pack.-Podcast series summarizing the main topics of the project and gained experiences.
