Exploring the Inclusive Power of Co-creation in Events

<< Objectives >>- Skill development for educators, PwDs and event organisers enabling them to integrate co-creation into their work in organizing inclusive and accessible events.- Analysis of real cases via co-productive focus groups- a Toolkit and video tutorial based on empiric analysis via co-productive focus groups- a co-creation framework that guides event organizers in involving diverse stakeholders, including underrepresented groups, in the planning and execution of inclusive and accessible events.<< Implementation >>- 4 Transnational project meetings- At least A6 Co-productive focus group sessions (at least 4 per Country) to analyze real case and point out factors of success and obstacles- Elaborate a toolkit on co-creation of inclusive and accessible events accompanied by video tutorials in English and all partners’ languages- Disseminate the project activities and results with the highest n possible of stakeholders.<< Results >>- To create an easy-to-understand toolkit for the co-creation of inclusive and accessible events- To create video tutorial to make the toolkit further accessible - To disseminate and share these results- To improve skills and competences of Educators and professionals of events- To develop a co-creation framework that guides event organizers in involving diverse stakeholders, including underrepresented groups, in the planning and execution of inclusive and accessible events.
