<< Objectives >>AgriPath project aims to:- Design a system for recognizing, assessing, and certification of the prior learning and skills of migrants in the agricultural sector.- Offer vocational training activities and events aligned with the European Qualifications Framework (EQF) and tailored to the specific needs of the agricultural sector.- Promote social inclusion by integrating migrants into the labor market through smoother integration via validation of skills and competencies.<< Implementation >>AgriPath project will implement the following activities to reach its objectives:- Project management and implementation activities.- Development of the RPL Digital Platform for easier and accessible recognition in line with EQF and ECVET principles.- Development and implementation of vocational training programs for migrants on technical, soft, and sustainability skills in agriculture sector.- Various dissemination activities and events for multiplying the impact of the project.<< Results >>By the end of the project, AgriPath project will have the following results:- A multilingual, user-friendly digital portal for recognition of prior skills- Vocational training program developed tailored to the specific needs of agriculture sector with modules on technical skills, soft skills and sustainable practices.- Enhanced employability and social inclusion for migrants through recognition and certification of prior skills.- Enhanced knowledge and resources for VET professionals.
