VOICE - Voting, Opportunities, Inclusion, and Civic Engagement

<< Objectives >>The VOICE project aims to enhance democratic participation for young adults with cognitive disabilities by identifying barriers, developing inclusive educational tools, and influencing policies. Through training, digital resources, and advocacy, the project fosters accessibility, empowerment, and long-term systemic change in political engagement across Europe.<< Implementation >>The project includes research on participation barriers, co-creation of educational resources, training for educators and stakeholders, policy advocacy, and international workshops. Activities will involve digital learning tools, stakeholder consultations, and inclusive events to strengthen civic engagement for people with cognitive disabilities.<< Results >>VOICE will deliver a research report, a digital educational toolkit, policy recommendations, and training materials. The project will empower individuals with disabilities, equip educators with inclusive methodologies, and influence electoral policies. Sustainable impact will be ensured through networks, continued training, and policy uptake across Europe.
