<< Background >>We submitted the project in order to satisfy the needs of organizations:- development of collaborative partner organizations at the local and international levels;- development of scenarios for working with migrants at the local level;- social integration of migrants through local events, which helps to strengthen the local community;- understanding how to work with migrants from countries outside the EU.Needs of migrants:- assistance in barrier-free integration at the local level;- involvement in social life at the local level in local communities;- improving their competencies in various areas (entrepreneurship, culture, social sphere).<< Objectives >>We wanted to develop international cooperation and establish long-term international relations. It was thanks to the implementation of the project that migrants from local communities improved their competencies in various fields (entrepreneurial, social and cultural competencies) through integration activities immersed in local conditions. The project has become as relevant and timely as possible because at the beginning of its implementation, the war in Ukraine began, which attracted a large number of military migrants and refugees to the local communities of partner countries.<< Implementation >>The following activities were implemented within the framework of the project:Kick off meeting,International meetings in Bulgaria, Slovenia, Poland; Each partner implemented 3 local activities in their communities;3 local conferences to disseminate project results. Each partner organization worked to develop scenarios for local events. That allowed us not only to create scripts, but also to additionally create a collection of scripts in 4 languages (English, Polish, Bulgarian, Slovenian). We have also introduced local activities and international events. This helped us strengthen cooperation both locally and internationally. << Results >>1.
