To establish a youth participation structure - youth advisory panel/group.4. An increased capacity of at least 40 youth workers and over 300 youth work volunteers.5. A new approach to devising needs based training for youth workers.6. Promotional activities will reach at least 200 young people through 2 youth-led events.
