"<< Background >>The idea for the project implementation emerged directly from the target groups with whom CWOP works on a daily basis, primarily the elderly. On one hand, seniors wanted to see how older adults organize themselves in other countries, what offers they have and how they are supported by local governments, non-governmental organizations, etc. On the other hand, CWOP wanted to learn specific methods and tools for working with seniors, which could then be adopted in Poland. The organization wanted to expand its offer with new services that it could provide to its beneficiaries. Another reason was the desire to develop the organization by establishing new partnerships, learning new tools for managing the organization, particularly in an online manner and through modern technologies.<< Objectives >>Based on the problems, needs, and expectations of the target groups, we defined the following goals that we wanted to achieve within the project:-Increase in knowledge and skills regarding the use of cultural heritage for the activation of the local community.-Increase in seniors' knowledge about lifelong learning opportunities in the local environment and in partner countries.-Learning about interesting forms and methods of working with senior groups in partner organizations.-Development of staff competencies in interesting methods of working with senior groups.-Sharing their knowledge by participants from partner organizations in Poland and Spain and mutually benefiting from their experiences.-Improvement of Spanish and Polish language skills through project participation.-Increase in knowledge about the history and culture of each partner country.-Strengthening of affiliation to the European community.<< Implementation >>Here's the corrected version of the text:All planned activities in the project were implemented:1/ Pre-mobility activities in Poland and Spain for groups in each country included digital technology workshops for 2 groups of 10 people, 3 hours for each group; cultural preparation for 2 groups of 10 people, 6 hours for each group; and language preparation for 2 groups of 10 people, 15 hours each.2/ Mobilities in Poland and Spain, during which the following took place: zero waste workshops - 30 hours in each country; ceramic workshops - 30 hours in each country; and joint local initiatives, including a cultural program in each country.Post-mobility activities involved the implementation of results in local environments: preparation of ceramic workshop scenarios in Poland and culinary workshops in Spain, conducting ceramic workshops for 25 people, culinary workshops in Spain for 20 people, and multimedia presentations prepared by each of the groups.<< Results >>Project outcomes: increased educational and social activity in local environments through: preparation of ceramic workshop scenarios and incorporating them into CWOP's offerings; expansion of social and linguistic competencies through mobility experiences, 5 hours (in each country) of ceramic and culinary workshops for the local community, preparation of multimedia presentations, publication of ""Ideas for Activating Seniors in Poland and Spain,"" and a conference; increase in seniors' knowledge about lifelong learning opportunities through implementation in each country: 6 hours of ICT workshops, 6 hours of cultural workshops, 30 hours of language workshops, creating content for Facebook and a blog; 3/learning about interesting forms and methods of working with senior groups in partner organizations and developing staff competencies in innovative methods of working with seniors: through mobility experiences, participation in 30 hours of ceramic workshops, 30 hours of zero waste culinary workshops in each country, implementation of 2 joint local initiatives, exchange of experiences, and collaborative work on a manual with ideas for activating seniors in both countries, integrating learned methods into daily work."
