"<< Background >>Since its establishment, Rebiss has been active in promoting entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial skills among young people. Participants of our programs have not only gained practical knowledge but also had the opportunity to work on real-life projects, gaining insight into the world of work, acquiring their first work experiences, developing soft skills, building an entrepreneurial mindset, expanding their social network, and increasing their employability.Based on the positive feedback from participants, employers, and the NGO sector, we decided to design a program that would give all young people – not just those who can afford it, and especially those not in education, employment, or training (NEET) – the chance to gain real-life experience, explore the world of entrepreneurship, and develop essential soft skills. We focused particularly on the key challenges young people face when entering the labor market: the need for exposure to real work environments, the need for practical entrepreneurial knowledge, and the need for mentoring and social network development.<< Objectives >>With the project, we addressed the challenges young people face when transitioning to the labor market. The goal was to create a long-term, sustainable model of entrepreneurial learning that offers young people, especially those from the NEET group, the opportunity to gain practical experience and develop key skills for a successful entry into the labor market. Our aim was to bring young people closer to the entrepreneurial mindset and empower them to recognize their potential, develop self-initiative, and acquire concrete knowledge for creating their own entrepreneurial ideas. We pursued outcomes that enable young people to gain a better insight into their competencies and understanding of entrepreneurial skills, acquire basic entrepreneurial knowledge that strengthens their social inclusion and employability, gain valuable experience from real working environments that build confidence and motivation, as well as access to mentors and expansion of their social network through cooperation with NGOs.Through cross-sectoral cooperation of partners and stakeholders, we aimed to build innovations tailored to the NEET target group, while the participating organizations strengthen their capacities and improve services for NEETs. << Implementation >>Within the project, we carried out five key activities:1. Project management – coordination of the project, mutual alignment, progress monitoring, as well as financial and content reporting.2. Development of an innovative methodology – a qualitative study of NEET needs through focus groups, which served as the basis for other results, and the preparation of a methodological framework, content, and materials for entrepreneurial learning based on real work challenges, aligned with the needs of NEETs.3. Production of digital video courses – creation of interactive content aimed at developing entrepreneurial skills.4. Entrepreneurial challenge – implementation of pilot events where NEETs solved real challenges of NGOs with the support of mentors and digital video courses.5. Capacity building of organizations – joint training of partners, exchange of knowledge and experience from different sectors, sharing of good practices, and development of tools for supporting NEETs, enabling participating organizations to provide better support and services for vulnerable target groups, especially NEETs, in the future. Each of these phases meaningfully contributed to the comprehensive implementation of the project.<< Results >>In the project, we developed several concrete outputs and achievements:1. We conducted a qualitative study with NEETs and published the report ""Career Goals and Obstacles, Learning Styles and Attitude towards Entrepreneurship in NEETs.""2. We developed a sustainable model of entrepreneurial learning based on real-life challenges provided by NGOs, tailored to NEETs. To support the model, we also prepared a comprehensive methodological guide ""Empowering Young People Not in Employment, Education or Training Through Entrepreneurship,"" which includes a handbook for facilitators and mentors, an event template, links to implementation materials, a guide for designing challenges and collaborating with NGOs, a catalogue of games and challenges, and a journal to accompany the video courses.3. We developed and tested 3 series of digital interactive video courses for entrepreneurship development among NEETs, comprising a total of 48 short videos. In addition, we prepared recommendations for designing video courses for young people.4. We organized 3 pilot entrepreneurial challenges for young people in 3 countries (6 challenges with 6 NGOs for 31 NEETs).5. Through cross-sectoral cooperation, we strengthened the capacities of partners"
