LIAM, Language Inclusion of Adult Migrants: Supporting language skills for better job empowerment

<< Objectives >>The project LIAM “Language Inclusion of Adult Migrants: Supporting language skills for better job empowerment”, promoted by Progetto Tenda, Democratic Education Centre and City of Dublin ETB aims at:Equip educators and other adult education staff with new skills and new methodological tools relating to teaching the language of the host country aimed at improving the employment position. Implement interventions with vulnerable migrant people that are effective in improving their employment leve<< Implementation >>Exchange of good practices aimed first of all at discussing which tools are used by the project partners for the development of linguistic skills so as to be able to compare the impact that these then have in the job search phase.Throughout the project a new tool will be created and tested for the development of linguistic skills by all partners in their services over the course of 8 months of the project.<< Results >>Project’s specific objectives aim to reach the following results:Educators and other adult education staff acquire new skills and new methodological toolsVulnerable migrant people who join the project improve their employment position
