Our actions, our impact

"<< Background >>Our team decided to undertake the project to effectively counter deficiencies in competencies in areas such as promotion, public relations, media, promotional film production, and graphic design tools. In doing so, we aimed to develop innovative promotional strategies and leverage the experience of partners with diverse expertise. The project idea emerged from a fruitful exchange of information between us and our partners, and their selection was based on their potential, qualifications, and previous experiences. The project's goal was to effectively enhance the visibility of our organization by addressing competency gaps, contributing to more effective promotion of our activities, and increasing our social impact.<< Objectives >>The completed project was a strategic partnership in the youth sector, involving Poland, Italy, and France. Within this framework, organization staff shared practices and solutions, with the main objective being the development of new activities and methods. Participants acquired knowledge that they conveyed to their local communities. The project also involved creating promotional films and activity scripts for youth. In collaboration with Italian and French organizations, we developed skills related to filming, vlogging, and photography. The project aimed to fill competency gaps in these areas. The main goals were to strengthen the organization's position at the local and European levels, acquire promotional skills, and publish a guide on building the organization's image. The project also included mastering advertisement creation, and a YouTube channel was established for promotion tips. Project evaluation encompassed progress analysis and the effectiveness of actions.<< Implementation >>The first and second meetings comprised intensive workshops for direct participants, organized to exchange practices and gain key skills. The first meeting focused on media contacts, PR, social media promotion, and the second on audiovisual material creation, led by Italian partners. However, the goal is not just skill acquisition but also the establishment of international partnerships. The ""Let's Promote"" workshops targeted youth, aiding them in developing promotion, personal branding, and public speaking skills. Participants gained skills in media work, diction, social media management, online interview organization, and also created video tips. The ultimate goal was to equip youth with effective communication and promotion skills, concurrently supporting the organization's actions.<< Results >>Participants developed workshop scripts and learned how to create press materials. The meeting facilitated the exchange of experiences between partners. Additionally, they conveyed the acquired knowledge to youth and volunteers, while organizations prepared promotional and educational films for later use in their activities. We created a YouTube channel with tips and recommendations for youth workers and NGOs to promote project visibility and effectiveness, contributing to the organization's expanded reach. We also produced over 10 knowledge-sharing promotion videos available on the project's YouTube channel. Furthermore, we established collaborations with new organizations in Europe. Partner organizations also developed promotion and social media development strategies. The Youth Human Impact association completely transformed its social media approach - producing more films and interactive content. After the project activities concluded, we received information that many participants became actively involved in Erasmus+ organizations, and several started internships in PR and promotion."
