<< Objectives >>The AIDA Project aims to:• Develop a digital self-assessment model for teachers to be evaluated according to professional standards.• Create training modules and a digital content pool for teachers for CPD (Continuing Professional Development).• Develop an AI assistant that provides personalized recommendations for teachers' CPDs.• Increase teachers' responsibility and improve their digital skills in CPDs.• Encourage innovative practices and increase quality in education and training.<< Implementation >>In our AIDA project, three main activities will be implemented:• Development of a Digital Self-Assessment Model for Teachers.• Creation of a Digital Content Pool for Teacher Training and Integration with Training Modules.• Development of an Artificial Intelligence Assistant for Teachers' CPDs.• Additionally, there will be 3 training activities and 5 project meetings to enhance participants' professional competencies and reinforce project outputs.<< Results >>The AIDA Project aims for the following outcomes:• Teachers taking responsibility for their development and planning their careers via the digital self-assessment model,• Receiving personalized training tailored to their needs through the AI assistant,• Ensuring teachers' inclusion in quality education with CPD opportunities,• Increasing education quality and student success through innovation,• Enhancing the digital and socio-cultural competence of the target audience.
