INTERGENDERACTION. A gendered approach to the resolution of intergenerational conflicts in workplaces.

<< Objectives >>INTERGENDERACTION aims to be an element of inclusion in the workplace, eliminating stereotypes that cause conflicts due to intergenerational clashes in the workplace. Furthermore, we intend to do so from a gender perspective, as the emergence of young and empowered women in positions of responsibility also generates tensions in organisations with conservative structures that are not used to the coexistence of staff with different values, objectives, perspectives and work ethics.<< Implementation >>WP1 Management and qualityWP2 Self-assessment tool and training system for managers in INTERGENDERACTIONWP3 INTERGENDERACTION TestimonialsWP4 INTERGENDERACTION E-learning toolkitWP5 Promotion and dissemination- 5 multiplier events- 3 TPM<< Results >>TANGIBLE RESULTS:- A booklet with 6 areas affecting intergenerational and gender conflicts in the workplace- 1 self assessment tool- 24 modules in podcast format- 24 video testimonials + 24 complementary guides- 1 Youtube Channel- 6 workshops to disseminate the results of the interviews- 30 practical online tools- 5 online workshops- 5 international webinars- 3 TPMPROMOTION RELATED RESULTS- Visual identity- Brochure- Introductory video- Website- 5 Newsletters- 5 ME
