Simulation Training for Women

<< Objectives >>INCREASE TRAINERS SKILLS: innovative skills addressed to trainers related to transversal competencies required by thelabor market. The training sessions will be attended by a trainer from each partner organization.INCREASE EMPLOYABILITY AND INCLUSION OF WOMEN: new competences and skills are required to face the labourmarket and allow disadvantaged adult women a better employability in an increasingly fluid and changing society and in linewith personal aspirations.<< Implementation >>The STARWOMEN project aims at implementing the following activities:A1- Toolkit for trainers and training course (learning week)A2- Toolkit offered to the unemployed women in order to independently undertake a first path of empowerment anddevelopment of soft skills.A3- Dissemination and communication project activities.<< Results >>Toolkit addressed to trainers to upgrade their skills and improve teaching methods and tools. Trainers will be able to helpwomen in the assessment of knowledge and skills related to transversal competencies required by the labor market andmotivate them to learn.Toolkit developed for unemployed women in a friendly mode of use. Materials, videos and guidelines will give them theopportunity to develop curiosity and to understand the importance of such programs.
