The impact of climate change on forest ecosystems

<< Objectives >>Project objectives are to:1. Enhance students´and teachers´understanding of climate change impacts on forest ecosystems.2. Develop educational toolkit to be integrated into partners´schools curricula.3. Foster collaboration among European agricultural schools.We want to equip educators with tools and knowledge to effectively teach about climate change, empowering students to become environmentally conscious citizens.<< Implementation >>Activities implemented in the project:1.Partners´ meetings in Czechia, Spain, Portugal.2.Learning activities in home countries.3.Transnational students´ meetings in each country.4.Creation and testing of educational toolkit.5.Final partners' meeting for evaluation and dissemination.These activities aim to foster collaboration, develop teachers´ and students´ knowledge, and create a toolkit with educational resources, that will be integrated into partners´ schools educational programs.<< Results >>We expect to achieve these results:1. Theoretical knowledge and practical skills of teachers and students about the impact of climate change on forest ecosystems in partners´ countries. 2. Improved students´ and teachers´ awareness and engagement in environmental issues.3. Tools and resources for effective teaching about climate change.4. Increased collaboration among the partners´ schools.5. Strengthening cooperation with environmental organizations.
