<< Objectives >>We aim to equip school leadership teams with the skills, tools, and strategies to manage and sustain innovation in their schools. The project will train 48 school leaders from 24 schools, helping them integrate innovation into long-term strategies, mentor peers, and foster whole-school transformation. By developing a structured leadership guide, training program, and peer-learning opportunities, the project ensures lasting impact on education systems in Bulgaria, Slovenia, and Spain.<< Implementation >>The project will equip school leadership teams with innovation management skills through structured training, piloting, and knowledge-sharing activities. It includes the development of the School Team Leadership Guide, training 48 school leaders from 24 schools, and supporting them in implementing 24 internal innovation labs and 6 national online labs. The project will also foster collaboration through a peer exchange event, three national conferences, and an international webinar.<< Results >>The project will strengthen school leadership teams' ability to lead and sustain innovation, ensuring that new practices become embedded in school culture rather than remaining isolated initiatives. Trained leaders will empower their teams, fostering a collaborative and future-ready school environment. Schools will develop structured approaches to innovation, improving their adaptability to technological, pedagogical, and societal changes.
