This unprecedented situation has highlighted the need for a shift in career guidance approaches to better align with the evolving economic landscape and the changing skills requirements, particularly in response to green and digital transitions.Traditional career guidance methods are no longer sufficient to support individuals in this context.The EC aims to develop a European Education Area to assist member states in creating resilient education and training systems.
