<< Objectives >>Create a unique educational program based on Montessori pedagogy and Jewish education for children aged 3-6 andimplement this program in the practice of the Nubo Kindergarten run by the Foundation. This program is to be a universaltool for working with children from the Jewish, Ukrainian and Polish environment, i.e. those who are culturally, ethnically andreligiously mixed, which is a response to the needs observed in the practice of preschool education.<< Implementation >>1. Cooperation with recognized education and training centers dealing with the subject of multicultural education2. Development and implementation of a unique educational program for children based on Montessori pedagogy andJewish education3. Developing and implementing a program of cooperation with families from different backgrounds and cultures.4. Training for staff and associates conducted by Partners.5. Develop collaboration with partners to improve and develop the project.<< Results >>1. Transfer of knowledge and competences as well as good practices and experiences between partners.2. A unique solution will be created in the form of an education program combining Montessori pedagogy with Jewisheducation.3. Adopting and implementing a new solution in the practice of Kindergarten.4. Strengthens the competences and experiences of the staff participating in the project.5. Social benefits in the form of expanding mutual knowledge about other cultures and communities.
