"<< Background >>Mission Locale Picardie Maritime decided to respond to the KA220 VET call with its project Terrinov, in order to address several crucial needs identified in the territories of the project partners: the lack of innovative support for the professional integration of young people and adults, the necessity to increase the impact and attractiveness of territories in terms of social innovation, and the need to develop genuine transnational partnerships to pool expertise and share good practices. The main target groups are young people and adults in undergoing integration, people distant from employment, women, people with disabilities, and those with entrepreneurial projects. The project also aims to propose an alternative and collaborative support model, rooted in local dynamics and transferable at the European level. Finally, Terrinov responds to the need to capitalise on past successes, to actively involve beneficiaries in actions through participatory committees, and to integrate digital tools to facilitate cooperation and inclusion. This application therefore reflects a strong commitment to innovation, transnational cooperation, and the revitalisation of territories. << Objectives >>Terrinov aims to strengthen inclusion, diversity, social innovation, and the employability of young people and adults in vocational education and training through transnational cooperation and the development of collective territorial skills. The project seeks to create an educational environment that is accessible to all, promoting active participation from its target audiences, including those facing social, economic, or cultural challenges. Partnerships forged among project partners and relevant institutions have enabled the exchange of best practices and experiences, while respecting local specificities. The project also mobilises local stakeholders—training organisations, businesses, local authorities, and associations—to design integration pathways tailored to labor market needs, encouraging social innovation and collective intelligence. Terrinov’s objective is to offer its target groups—unemployed young people and adults—a better outlook by advancing diversity, fostering innovation in vocational training, strengthening territorial connections, and showcasing collective skills for sustainable local and European intersectoral development. << Implementation >>As part of this project, a broad range of complementary activities were implemented to strengthen inclusion, innovation, and territorial collective skills. Regular exchanges and the establishment of transnational cooperation networks among partners from different countries and sectors enabled the sharing of innovative practices. The transfer of experiences was achieved through evaluation sessions, interactive presentations, and pilot experiments conducted at both the transnational and territorial levels, allowing for new approaches to be tested, adjusted, and validated. Strategic training sessions were delivered to local stakeholders; favorable conditions for the emergence of innovative projects were identified, and forward-looking workshops were held to anticipate and address future challenges. To ensure communication, capitalisation, and dissemination of results, a dedicated website was launched, a summary book was produced, and an active outreach strategy was deployed through a shared digital platform available on the official ""Mon bureau numérique"" website, guaranteeing the visibility and sustainability of project actions at both local and European levels<< Results >>Terrinov has enabled:- The organisation and execution of transnational seminars.- The creation of a collection of best practices.- The design and pilot testing of an innovative support model called ""Boost Your Soft Skills.""- The establishment of four transnational territorial hubs to promote local adaptation of actions, reaching 271 participants.- The development of educational and digital toolkits.- The creation of the collaborative space ""My digital office.""- The launch of an e-learning platform.- The establishment of a partnership ecosystem and mapping.- The identification of transferable transnational collective skills.- The delivery of training sessions on collective strategic skills and territorial foresight.- The development of a communication plan including a website, social media, and newsletters.- The setup and use of a shared data and content exchange space via Google Drive.- The design of a transnational dissemination plan for sharing and applying best practices from the project.- The writing of a capitalisation publication to sustain and transfer lessons learned and content."
