<< Background >>The project was developed in response to key challenges that the partners believe the social economy sector faces in Europe. EFORT Foundation's experience as a broker of two local social economy clusters has shown that social economy entities face significant barriers to development. So far, support for social economy entities has mainly focused on activation and integration aspects, neglecting key aspects of management, organisational culture or entrepreneurial competence.
