<< Background >>We applied to develop an assessment tool specifically designed to measure the social skills of millennials. Existing tools do not adequately capture the unique experiences and challenges that millennials face; thus making this project essential.Millennials have grown up in a world transformed by technology and social media, significantly impacting their interactions and relationships. As a diverse generation, their experiences influence their social competencies in distinct ways. They need to develop skills such as empathy, active listening, conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, cultural competence, and effective communication. This project aimed to address these needs and identify more areas for improvement by creating a tailored assessment tool. The tool was intended to provide millennials with a better understanding of the social competencies needed to navigate the modern world and enable targeted, personalized training to enhance their social skills. Our goal was to offer long-term benefits to millennials and society. Improved social skills among millennials can lead to significant positive impacts on their personal and professional lives and contribute to building a sustainable and equitable society.<< Objectives >>We wanted to achieve the following objectives:•To identify the unique social competencies needed by millennials to navigate the complexities of the modern world.•To accurately assess the level of social skills.•To provide personalized feedback to individuals on their social skills and specific areas for improvement.•To develop targeted training paths aimed at improving social skills among millennials.•To contribute to the body of knowledge on social skills assessment and development. The ultimate objective was to increase the level of social and personal competencies of millennials to improve their professional careers.<< Implementation >>The project was terminated by the NA (effective 30.04.2024).
