TRAditional practices against FOOd wasting

"<< Objectives >>TRAFOO's main goal is to promote holistic and environment-friendly lifestyles through educating members of society, especially andragogs, families with children, and Ukrainian war refugees in 1) traditional food preservation methods passed transgenerationally in order to minimize food waste and 2) economically reasonable spending on food (financial literacy), 3) practicing freedom of expression and civic rights in an innovative and inclusive way<< Implementation >>The partnership seeks to develop A methodology and a Practical Training Guide on food waste reduction and shopping habits changing in a greener way that goes in line with national gastronomic traditions. For this, training the trainers will take place in two LTTs (workshops). These will be dedicated to training in food waste prevention techniques, new andragogic skills, and innovative communication schemes.<< Results >>The results will include an intellectual output ""A Methodology and a Practical Training Guide on Food Waste Reduction and Shopping Habits Changing in a Greener Way"" in 2-3 ECTS, with a Practical Training Guide containing at least 16 tasks/tools based on national gastronomic traditions of all participating countries. LTT on TransgenerationalCommunication, LTT on Practical Guide Usage, and TRAFOO integrated communication strategy will contribute to the andragogic qualifications of staff members"
