<< Objectives >>Young people who openly live as queer individuals are still often discriminated against and disadvantaged. In the consortium, we aim to gather insights and information from queer youth in our respective countries – within patriarchal, religious, and rural structures – and exchange these experiences to give them a voice, further develop ourselves as institutions, and incorporate a topic that is currently of great importance in youth work into our activities.<< Implementation >>We will engage in three transnational partner meetings and one blended meeting within the consortium, as well as visit queer youth groups. Additionally, we will conduct face-to-face discussions with individuals affected and professionals working with queer youth in all partner countries. We will disseminate the insights and experiences from the project through an online article, making them accessible and useful for the target audience and the professional community.<< Results >>The professionalization and sensitization of the staff of the partner organizations, internationalization of our daily work, and expansion and strengthening of our networks are important outcomes. We also hope to achieve that the young people participating in the project develop a sense of European community and are thereby empowered. In addition, an online article will be published that vividly summarizes the project's results.
