The success of the respective measure no longer depends on the form of the lecturer, which is why the choice of the appropriate electronic course offers a consistent quality is guaranteed)- Interactivity (Depending on the program, interactive modules such as videos or animated content can be integrated, as well as the provision of tests and learning progress checks at the end of a lesson can significantly increase long-term learning and motivation)- Multilingualism (Depending on the programming, the same e-learning module can be presented in different languages, which allows greater individuality and user-friendliness, especially in international companies, compared to traditional training, which in most cases uses a central base language)"
