<< Background >>The majority of current workers are Generation Y and Z employees. In recent years, companies have faced several challenges due to changes in the labour market and demanding externalcircumstances. PROUD´s materials development is based on comprehensive desk research and analyses. Some of the behavioral patterns (high-performance stress, interiorized societal expectations, constant comparison on social media), combined with the new work conditions brought by digital transformation (home office, digital nomad lifestyle, digital tools) often result in higher stress, depression and burnout. PROUD project wants to contribute to the sustainable life of Gen Y and Z by enhancing healthy work-life approach/self-knowledge/resilience and realistic aspirations. We believe that the methods and techniques that our products are based on (game-based learning, positive psychology, coaching and supervision, job crafting, etc.) are effective in helping young employees integrate into the workplace. Diversity and inclusion can only build on mutual understanding. That is why PROUD wants to help employees understand the work/behavior/motivation patterns of different generations creating an inclusive working environment. << Objectives >>Our main goal was to help companies with a created complex and innovative mentorship program for young adults for helping them in their skills improvement and mental well-being in the workplace, considering their current and specific needs. In this sense we considered both generation-specific and job-market aspects when elaborating the framework for professional and wellbeing skills development. PROUD project resulted in a mentor program that can generate positive changes within the individual (enhanced resilience and innovation capacity), organizations (inclusive working environment), the labor market (improved job performance and satisfaction), and in the wider society (intergenerational cooperation and digital readiness).Through the mentorship program, as an additional impact, we wanted to support employees' self-development capacity and increase their job satisfaction and decrease the staff turnover. In order to achieve the project's goals, the mentor program has 2 parts:- one is focusing on the skill development in the workplace (Guide)- one is focusing on the mental well-being in the workplace (Map of mental welfare in the workplace and Mind-balance kit)<< Implementation >>There were 5 major work packages in PROUD project.
