<< Objectives >>OVERALL:• Boost youth workers' abilities to engage youth in active civic participation and enhance their understanding of democratic processes.SPECIFIC:• Equip youth workers with tools and methodologies to foster civic and political competences among young people.• Develop and distribute innovative, participatory resources that encourage youth to understand and influence civic life.• Empower youth to take initiative, fostering informed engagement and responsible citizenship behaviors.<< Implementation >>• Development of a Civic and Political Participation Competence Framework for youth and youth workers;• Creation and testing of participatory educational resources to enhance understanding of civic engagement;• Co-design of interactive forums to foster active participation and democratic engagement among youth;• Compilation of action sheets and guides for youth workers on promoting civic participation;• Organizing training sessions for youth workers and participatory activities for youth.<< Results >>• A Civic Competence Framework outlining essential civic and political competencies;• A set of 10+ participatory and educational resources, including forum scenarios to enhance civic engagement;• Min. 200 youth workers trained with effective tools and resources for fostering civic participation;• Min. 1000 directly young people empowered to engage actively in democratic processes and advocate for civic involvement in their communities.
