Eurydice 25_27 BE_NL - Eurydice Belgium – Flanders

Eurydice's Network central role is to support evidence-based European cooperation in education, with the mission of providing European-level analyses and supporting information to assist the decision-making process. The network's goal is to contribute towards a better mutual understanding of education systems in Europe through the production of country specific information, comparable country descriptions, indicators, and comparative studies in the field of education and training. In the context of this framework, the National Unit (BE_NL) aims to: • pro-actively contribute to scoping individual activities to ensure their relevance also for national policy making. • provide the central Eurydice Unit in the Executive Agency with information and data on their education systems; The information is essentially normative and qualitative based, relating to official documents, such as laws, decrees, regulations and recommendations. • promote Eurydice products at national level, by formulating a communication strategy and implementing plan, as laid down in the description of Work package 3.
