Empowering Youth for Green Careers

"<< Objectives >>The project is a response to the current European and global ecological crisis and challenges at workplaces focusing on ecology. The main goal of the "" Empowering Youth for Green Careers"" project is to carry out a green transformation of NGO and SMEs workplaces by improving the quality of vocational education and training by developing green and soft competences of their employees and cooperating persons, acquired as part of international cooperation.<< Implementation >>In this project, we intend as part of hybrid meetings to develop a tool for measuring the degrees of ecological behaviors of workplaces (survey of eco-friendliness of NGOs workplaces and Generator of ecological activities) and educational materials in the field of eco friendly activities in the workplace (E-book Tutorial entitled ""How to create green NGO's and SMEs workplaces "").<< Results >>The results of activities in the project: the creation of a survey, generator and ebook tutorial, will be a help and support for NGO and SMEs employees in carrying out an optimal green transformation in their workplaces. Thanks to the development of these tools and materials, the project will also be an opportunity, especially for the partners involved in the activities, to improve vocational education and training, in which they develop their soft and green skills competences."
