"<< Objectives >>The ""Mindful Minds"" project's primary objective is to improve the mental health literacy of young people, with focus on young people with dyspraxia. We seek to equip young people with vital mental health knowledge, eliminate stigma, and empower youth proactivity. Obtaining these goals requires the creation of engaging activities and results. Our ultimate objective is to cultivate resilient minds, promote social inclusion, and construct a future in which mental health is de-stigmatized, accepted.<< Implementation >>Our initiative will produce an engaging resource book, establish an interactive online platform, and provide youth workers with extensive training. Through these activities, we will sow the seedlings of mental health literacy, eradicate stigma, and cultivate a culture of understanding and support. Our innovative approach will empower both young minds and youth workers, fostering a more promising future for mental health.<< Results >>The anticipated outcomes include an increase in youth mental health literacy awareness, a decrease in stigma, understanding of the mental conditions of young people with dyspraxia, the empowerment of youth workers, and an improvement in social inclusion. Our resources, platform, and training will serve as catalysts for fostering a society in which mental health is better understood, supported, and integrated, thereby fostering a more resilient and inclusive future."
