EduMento - Ein mehrsprachiges Online-Training für Lehrkräfte, die PraktikantInnen / ReferandarInnen / JunglehrerInnen schulpraktisch anleiten (Educational Mentoring)

"<< Objectives >>The focus of the project ""EduMento"" is on the development of a multilingual online training for mentors who guide mentees (interns/trainees/young teachers) in school practice. On the one hand, the online training is intended to train teachers with a mentoring function in Europe and to offer them support in the mentoring process. On the other hand, it serves the target group of mentees, as they can work together professionally with their mentors through the app developed for this purpose.<< Implementation >>The project ""EduMento"" aims at the following overarching measures:a.) Development of a multilingual online training (teaching modules) for mentors in Europe.b.) Development of analysis sheets and observation orders (= tools) in cooperation with the partner schools and study seminarsc.) Transfer of the training modules and the two tools into the app, so that mentors and mentees can work with the tools on site (e.g. at school) at any timed.) testing and dissemination<< Results >>With ""EduMento"", a transnational online training, an online course for mentors that can be used throughout Europe and at the same time European standards for the training of mentors in teacher education will be created, independent of the national school system framework. In addition, impulses are given for the professionalization of the practical school education of prospective teachers, which should finally develop positive impulses for school education in Europe."
