CL-BVET - Education and Training for Collaborative Learning in Blended Learning Environments

Through professional training of educational staff, up-to-date educational and professional programmes and implementation in blended learning environments, we will encourage and support innovation, development and use of digital production technologies among students, teachers and adults with the aim of accelerating economic and general development in partner countries. The development of automation in enterprises requires modern vocational education, capable of implementing programs for the acquisition of competencies. In all Partner Countries, we will analyse the competence needs of teachers for collaborative learning in blended learning environments. We will establish an internal platform where we will publish and exchange existing and new short programmes for acquiring new competencies. The portal will have e-classrooms, which will serve as a basis for training teachers, trainers and VET professionals in blended settings. The prepared programs will be designed according to Open Badges digital standards, based on the standard for identifying new competences, knowledge, achievements, skills and attitudes. This will provide a qualified network of partners with qualified teachers who will be able to modernly prepare, implement, evaluate and identify shorter educational programmes. With newly acquired knowledge and approaches, we will analyze the needs for newly acquired knowledge and competences in the field of automation in companies. Based on this, we will prepare a joint short educational program Management and Implementation of Industrial Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), which will be combined and have a digital microcredential (Open Badge). The program will be made as a micro-qualification in each country and will allow mobility.The project develops solutions and tools to support VET teacher competence development in line with the DigCompEdu framework (2021) and contributes to quality VET in blended learning environments.
