<< Background >>Schools need to prepare students for a rapidly changing world, for jobs yet to be created, technologies yet to be invented, and problems yet to be solved. Sustaining the implementation of innovative practices in institutions also requires experienced and experienced teachers. In addition, entrepreneurship education is also important in terms of revealing students' creativity. This project aims to provide teachers and students with experience and knowledge on these subjects through activities related to entrepreneurship and STEM education. As a result of this project, teachers who wanted to learn various techniques, tips and methods that could increase their students' entrepreneurial skills had the opportunity to improve themselves. Additionally, teachers participating in this project gained experience on how to incorporate project-based learning into their classrooms to develop students' entrepreneurial skills. By the end of this project, teachers learned different tools to build a brand and promote a project, and also learned how to budget and start a business or procect.<< Objectives >>If we are to prepare students for the future, we need to no longer adhere to traditional education models. Schools need to prepare students for the rapidly changing world, especially with the COVID-19 epidemic, for jobs that have not yet been created, technologies to be invented, and problems that have not yet been solved. Developing teachers' entrepreneurship and STEM skills will be effective in preparing students for the future by developing their creativity.Teachers will be able to prepare their students for the future by developing entrepreneurial skills in the classroom.They must have the necessary tools and knowledge to prepare their products. Thanks to this project, the skills of the teachers participating in the project increased in entrepreneurship and STEM subjects. Inexperienced partners participating in the project had the opportunity to benefit from the experiences of other experienced partners in entrepreneurship and STEM. Disadvantaged students in rural areas also benefited. Teachers who participated in this training shared their experiences with students and their families.<< Implementation >>The project first started with meetings hosted by Italy and the formation of commissions. In this meeting, acquaintance activities were held to enable the partners to communicate effectively with each other.Later, entrepreneurship (encouraging creativity and innovation) training was introduced in education in Greece. Participants established a company that produces a solution to a problem and created its budget.Studying from schools in Italy On-the-job visits to the market, business and sustainability activities and important sectoral initiatives in the region. They had the opportunity to learn about the work of many successful entrepreneurs in the Calabria Region of Italy.Training on STEM education and STEM applications was provided in Serbia. With this training, the feasibility of STEM application was experienced by each partner.The last activity included practical course experiences related to project-based education activities in Turkey. Future classroom lab of the participants. They were enabled to develop projects in the environment.Finally, a meeting was held in Greece to evaluate the stages and success of the project.<< Results >>Participants became familiar with basic terminology related to entrepreneurship.Through case studies and workshops, participants discovered ways to successfully implement entrepreneurship in their classrooms and schools.Participants learned the concept of financial literacy and how their students' entrepreneurial skills can be developed through project-based learning.Participants learned how to create and implement projects and activities in school classrooms or local communities with the participation of other teachers.They gained skills on how to integrate project-based learning into classrooms to develop students' entrepreneurial skills.They gained experience on how to promote school projects in the online community and thus experiences to develop students' digital and entrepreneurial skills.Teachers learned more about budgeting and ways to get started by learning different tools to build a brand and promote a business/project.Stages of STEM applications such as defining problems, developing multiple ideas for solutions, developing and creating prototypes, and then testing and evaluating them are made available to teachers and students.
