<< Background >>We applied for this project to foster a more inclusive school climate and increase student motivation, with the ultimate goal of reducing early school leaving and absenteeism—objectives aligned with targets set by the OECD and the European Commission. Our schools face significant challenges such as bullying, discrimination, lack of empathy, and marginalization, all of which hinder inclusion and undermine a positive learning environment.Given the diverse backgrounds of our students, fostering multicultural awareness and acceptance is essential not only for their academic success but also for preparing them to thrive in a global society. Disruptive behaviors, particularly bullying, severely damage the school climate by creating insecurity and compromising students’ fundamental right to learn in a safe environment.Research indicates that bullying during youth often correlates with later legal problems and increased risk of school dropout. Therefore, providing support through an inclusive and supportive environment is critical to keeping students engaged in education, reducing risky behaviors, and improving both their academic performance and psychological well-being. This is why we focused on addressing these needs via our project.<< Objectives >>-To contribute to creating a school climate based on equality, dignity, respect, and non-discrimination through teamwork at partner schools. We aimed to support diversity, improve student behavior and relationships, reduce bullying, and stop criticism or humiliation of others.-To raise awareness and help students form personal connections with different cultures, thereby preventing prejudices now and in the future, fostering empathy, and encouraging them to see differences as strengths rather than weaknesses.-To increase students’ motivation by promoting their active participation in school activities, especially for those who struggle with attendance, display violent behavior, have difficulty adapting to school life, or face marginalization.-To increase students’ awareness of their rights and responsibilities, helping them internalize human rights values and inspiring them to defend their own and others’ rights over time.-To contribute to building a safer and more peaceful world by eliminating prejudices through creating national and international friendship networks among students.-To enhance students’ English communication and writing skills, along with collaboration, critical thinking, creativity, and ICT competencies.<< Implementation >>-Four LTTAs titled Stand up for human rights, Stand up against discrimination, Stand up to bullying, and Stand up for peace were organised.- Four short stories were written and turned into short movies: During the LTTAs, multinational student groups wrote stories based on different themes such as human rights, discrimination, bullying, and peace. These stories were then converted into short movies.- Two eTwinning projects were carried out as a subproject, involving all students through web conferences and cooperative work.- An e-book was created featuring articles about role models from different countries, intended to inspire our students.- Poster competitions: Poster competitions were held on all the topics mentioned.- Two e-magazines were created, covering the project news and results throughout the project years.-Debates were organized around key project themes. Joint events were arranged to further promote collaboration and engagement.-Project song-A podcast series-International peace dictionary-A video was created on the Universal Declaration of Human Rights- Anti bullying day joint event<< Results >>Our concrete results are as follows:1-Short stories: -https://www.storyjumper.com/book/read/183664351/Voices-Against-Bullying-Short-Stories-Collection-https://www.storyjumper.com/book/read/83884185/65ff2ee33b7502-short movies:-https://youtu.be/PZLLdMnyL_Y-https://youtu.be/XtsFjVKWAd0-https://youtu.be/fZHa6DBHsa4-https://youtu.be/253kKn2R-Sw?si=oplMRYkOe8Zd2LaQ3-eMagazines:-https://online.pubhtml5.com/ddamr/wrar/-https://online.pubhtml5.com/jsrfj/ffyq/4-A project logo and posters5-A project song: https://youtu.be/WeaeStry7qQ6-A Podcast Series:-https://youtu.be/AF0I_l8PpNc-https://youtu.be/lZWGvZPDtOk-https://youtu.be/7wMfnXi32Tk-https://youtu.be/3OtLhGDN_jU6- Dissemination tools:https://www.facebook.com/groups/354863950667147http://www.youtube.com/@erasmus-plus-prjhttps://rodasa2024.wixsite.com/erasmushttps://youtu.be/1m5mQ7fV3Ds7-Live Discussion on Preventing Bullying:https://youtu.be/gRV8luBSQFo8- International Peace Dictionary:https://www.mindmeister.com/app/map/3553726687?t=4Nz548OqS39- A video on the Universal Declaration of Human Rights:https://youtu.be/mGY2v37a_t810- Joint Event: Anti bullying dayhttps://youtu.be/gRV8luBSQFohttps://online.pubhtml5.com/ddamr/bwmt/https://youtu.be/l7yuVq4-UX8
