<< Objectives >>This project aims to equip inmates with digital skills to help them find jobs and integrate into society after release. Through training in e-commerce, digital content creation, and online business management, we’ll boost their competitiveness in the job market and support them in starting their own businesses. Our priorities are preventing recidivism, fostering economic independence, and ensuring social acceptance. By breaking the cycle of crime, we strive for a sustainable future.<< Implementation >>Within the scope of the project, we will provide offline digital skills training to inmates. The training will focus on digital marketing, e-commerce, and basic computer skills. Together with our partner from Spain and our partner from Italy, we will prepare training materials tailored to the inmates and conduct hands-on sessions using these materials. We will implement these activities with inmates suitable for our project.<< Results >>By the end of the project, we hope that inmates will acquire digital skills, increase their chances of finding jobs after release, and integrate into society more easily. At the same time, we aim to reduce their likelihood of reoffending and enable them to earn their own income. The training materials and methods we develop will be shared in a way that can be easily applied in other prisons.
