"<< Background >>There were 3 reasons why we decided to implement the project: the post-pandemic status of the labor market, the phenomenon of the 'lockdown generation', and the opportunities presented by the cultural and creative sector. Covid-19 has already put 3 million young people out of work. According to Eurostat, the youth unemployment rate in the EU in 2022 was 6.3%. If we consider only those young people who were already economically active - 11.3%. In comparison, the unemployed aged 30-74 accounted for 3.4% of the total population. Becoming professionally independent in such circumstances is not easy. Moreover, the pandemic has led to the stopping or reduction of support opportunities for young people, more specifically: lack of financial support dedicated to them (loans, grants), lack of preparation for running their own business, deficits in entrepreneurial skills or fear of failure. Moreover, the pandemic has highlighted the already existing difficulties faced by young people, especially young NEETs. And an entrepreneurial spirit goes hand in hand with a sense of independence, especially now with the digital transformation of societies. And a culture that also connects and stimulates, being a source of emotional relief.<< Objectives >> We aimed to achieve the following results:1. increase the capacity of youth workers to support youth cultural and creative entrepreneurship;2. motivate and activate young people (not only NEETs) to channel their creative and innovative capital into entrepreneurial ideas for the cultural and creative economy; 3. equip youth with skills (digital, entrepreneurial, creative) through non-formal learning approaches;4. empower youth by providing them with opportunities to create and share their work. We also wanted to popularise cultural entrepreneurship as a type of competence that not only allows you to enter the labour market, but serves << Implementation >>As part of the project, the following activities were carried out:1. collected and reviewed good practices in cultural and creative sector activities, the presence of young people in the sector, and a revision of the definition and function of cultural and creative entrepreneurship was carried out2.
