"The DEGREE project is designed to stimulate an entrepreneurial mindset and behaviour among students and professionals at HEI, VET organisations, and SMEs. By fostering such a mindset, the initiative aims to tackle global societal and environmental challenges effectively. The project's main objectives are to support trainees from HEI, VET and SMEs in delivering effective Entrepreneurial Education (EE) to their learners which fosters their green, resilient, and digital skills. To achieve this, trainees participate in an innovative, data-driven, and activity-based professionalisation track around EE that follows a ""design for entrepreneurial learning"" approach. Rather than offering a generic EE course, it equips trainees with the design principles necessary to create tailored EE courses, modules, workshops, or learning and development programmes, with input and support from a Community ofPractice (CoP). To ensure the effectiveness of the EE, a measurement toolbox will be developed to help trainees measure the impact of EE on entrepreneurial mindset and behaviour, pre- and post-course. The project aims to engage 60 to 80 trainees and benefit 150 to 200 learners per country across five countries in VET, HEI, and SME settings. The professionalisation track will not only result in a learning gain with its learners, but also improved instructional skills, attitude, andbehaviour of trainees in designing effective EE course. Through local and pan-European CoPs, the initiative will facilitate knowledge exchange among trainees across different sectors, ensuring the delivery of EE that equips learners with future-proof skills. At the output level the project will produce a Train-the-Trainer (TTT) package, an EE measurement toolbox, and a roadmap to establish a CoP at the local and pan-European level. The learnings will be translated into policy recommendations to guide future EE frameworks and CoP formation, along the development of measurement instruments and a TTT."
