Advancing Women’s Employment Through Targeted Adult Education

<< Objectives >>ReBalance aims to advance gender equality by empowering women in the cultural and creative industries through leadership training, mentorship, and career transition pathways into high-growth sectors like technology and green industries. By addressing systemic barriers, fostering cross-sector opportunities, and equipping women with advocacy tools, the project seeks to create sustainable career prospects and institutional change for greater female representation in leadership and entrepreneurship.<< Implementation >>ReBalance will implement leadership and advocacy training, two specialized learning pathways, one focused on digital transformation and the other on entrepreneurial mindset, along with mentorship circles and career showcases to support women’s career advancement. Additionally, the project will develop an Advocacy and Policy Toolkit to influence gender-inclusive policies and create a Digital Resource Hub to ensure long-term impact and accessibility of learning materials.<< Results >>ReBalance expects to equip women with leadership, digital, and entrepreneurial skills, enabling them to access higher career positions in cultural, tech, and green industries while fostering cross-sector opportunities. Additionally, the project will produce an Advocacy and Policy Toolkit, a Digital Resource Hub, and a strong mentorship network, ensuring long-term impact on gender-inclusive policies, institutional change, and women’s professional empowerment across Europe.
