<< Background >>The problem of youth integration in a multicultural society is one a big challenge of our days. This is due to a massive migration to EU countries from different countries and more recently from the war in Ukraine. This process tends to change even the structure of population in certain European states. In this complex context, it is obvious that the European economy and the partner countries have started to depend more and more on the labor force coming from migration, on one hand and works in a very multicultural environment, on the other hand. So, the social environment in the economic area tends to change from a national and uni-cultural one to a multicultural one.The analysis of the social, psychological, economic and political phenomena of recent years allowed the identification of a large number of problems related to the integration of youth in this multicultural environment. This aspect is even more serious in the case of young people who are placed in the position of ethically leading people with a very different cultural background.
